The Mekava U.S. office serves as a dual-function hub—handling inbound sample logistics from origin countries, while also coordinating outbound export sales from Hainan to global markets.
On one end, we manage green coffee samples from Latin America, Africa, and Asia with temperature-controlled processing, standardized packaging, and 72-hour dispatch.
On the other, we oversee sales coordination and market engagement for exports from China’s Free Trade Port, helping Mekava partners expand into the Americas and beyond.

Green coffee samples are shipped directly from producer cooperatives across Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
All shipments are temperature-controlled and pre-labeled with QR traceability, ensuring freshness and data consistency upon arrival in the U.S.
Laboratory testing
Upon arrival at our U.S. hub, samples undergo moisture analysis, defect screening, and cupping evaluation.
Testing is conducted under SCA protocols, with optional OEM or roasting previews available upon request.
Feedback and confirmation
Clients receive a standardized PDF report with all physical and sensory test results.
Re-testing or follow-up coordination is supported upon request, with full sample traceability maintained throughout the process.
